Order Processing Cutoff Time:

• Orders placed before 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same business day.

• Orders placed after 4:30 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

• Orders placed on public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Once shipped, orders have an estimated delivery time of 7–13 business days within the United States.

• All products include free shipping within the United States.

Prices include applicable taxes, and no additional charges are due upon delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within 36 hours of payment confirmation, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment preparation.

• If an order has already been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched, or if the 36-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation will no longer be available.

• In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our return and refund process published on the website.

We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests if an order is already in preparation or has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 25 days of receiving their order.

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

• Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, modification, damage, or missing original packaging.

• Our store accepts return requests only.

• Direct exchanges are not offered. This policy is due to variations in inventory availability, finishes, and product dimensions, which may be fulfilled from different logistics facilities and make immediate replacement impractical.

Customers may return the received item and, if desired, place a new and separate order afterward.
