Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders may be canceled within 36 hours of payment confirmation, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment preparation.
  • If an order has already been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched, or if the 36-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation will no longer be available.
  • In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our return and refund process published on the website.

We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests if an order is already in preparation or has been handed over to the carrier.

2. Cancellation Procedure

To request an order cancellation, customers must submit a written request via email or contact customer support by phone.

The cancellation request must include:

  • Proof of payment

Our team will confirm receipt of the request and notify the customer of the cancellation status as soon as possible.

3. Refund Processing

Once a cancellation request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 1–4 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method selected at checkout.
The time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the policies of the customer’s financial institution.
