2. Return Conditions

Customers may return the received item and, if desired, place a new and separate order afterward.

3. Applicable Timeframe and Requirements

Customers may request a return within 25 days of receiving their order.

4. Refund Conditions

Orders that have not yet entered processing for shipment may be canceled within 36 hours of payment confirmation and are eligible for a full refund.

After this period, or if the order has already been shipped, refunds will only be issued through the return process.

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected to confirm compliance with return conditions.

5. Return and Refund Procedure

A prepaid return shipping label is included inside the package, delivered together with the product at the time of receipt.
This label must be used for the return shipment to ensure proper identification of the return.

After the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 1–4 business days.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to personal reasons, such as incorrect sizing, change of preference, or personal decision, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

If the return is due to a defective product or damage incurred during shipping, our store will cover the full cost of return shipping.

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
The time required for funds to be credited may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
